James P. Sullivan is one of the two main protagonists (the other being his friend, Mike Wazowski) in Pixar's Monsters Co. franchise, being the main protagonist in the 2001 film Monsters Co. and the secondary protagonist in its spin-off short film, Bob's New Car, and its 2013 prequel, Monsters Academy.
